CIPET’s full form is the Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology.
CIPET is a technical institute run by the Government of India, which was established to provide technical knowledge to students in the field of plastics.

For admission in CIPET you have to write the entrance exam for different courses, there is different entrance exam like diploma will have a separate entrance exam for in plastic technology and engineering will have a separate exam for plastic technology.
As you have been told, there are many types of courses under CIPET. The eligibility criterion is different for every course. Like, if you want to do a diploma (Diploma in Plastic technology), then you must pass the 10th.
